Features
E61 Group Head
The E61 brew group has been the gold standard for espresso machines for more than 50 years and there’s a very good reason why most espresso machine manufacturers use it. Not only does it optimize the machine’s workflow, but it also improves its overall operation. What the E61 brew group does is that it’s first of all heated by using a thermosyphon system. In order to make sure that the head maintains its high temperature, water is circulated through it.
Exchanging boiler
Even though the copper boiler has a capacity of just two liters, the heat exchanging system is amazing nonetheless. Thanks to it, you can actually steam milk while extracting espresso. Thanks to this functionality, you can do more things at the same time.
Joystick styled knobs
Thanks to these amazing knobs, you won’t need to worry about getting Carpal Tunnel anymore. On top of that, you won’t need to worry about over-tightening again. This can be very useful for both novice and experienced baristas.
Built-in cup warmer
If you want to keep your coffee warm, then you’ll be happy to know what the Bezzera Magica features a built in cup warmer. Furthermore, it’s great for preserving the coffee’s flavor and aroma when poured into the cup.
Vibratory Pump
Rated at fifteen bars, the vibratory pump the Bezzera Magica comes with is nothing short of fantastic. Thanks to it, you can easily extract the maximum flavor from your favorite coffee beans.
3-Way Solenoid Valve
Not only does the three way solenoid valve relieve pressure, but it can also suck out water in the group head once you’re done extracting the espresso. As such, you’ll be able to remove the portafilter right away, fill it with coffee and get move on to the next brew cycle.
Steam and Hot Water Wands
For ease of use, the multi directional steam wand has a great range of motion. It can be used to create creamy and fine milk foam easier than you think.
Automatic Water Refill
Given the fact that the Bezzera Magica comes with this feature, you won’t have to worry about running out of water. This way, you can always prepare delicious café lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, espressos, and more without interruption.
